The house is split across two floors, each with its own distinct vibe. First Floor — The bunk room sleeps up to 8 in 4 full-over-queen bunk beds, making it ideal for kids, teens, or anyone who doesn't mind a fun setup. There's also a living area, a game space for rainy afternoon entertainment, a full bathroom with heated tile floors, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Large couches on both floors give you extra lounging room if you need it. Second Floor — Four bedrooms, each with a California king bed. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms; the third bathroom is shared by the remaining two bedrooms. There's also a fireplace up here, great for evenings in. A second washer and dryer setup upstairs means no waiting around on laundry for a big group. Outdoors — A large deck with a hot tub, BBQ grill, and outdoor shower. Ocean views with evening sunsets. Beach access is less than a minute's walk from the front door. Extras worth knowing: Large parking area with full RV hookup, Level 2 EV charger, high-capacity hot water system built for big groups, and high-speed WiFi throughout the house.

🕘 Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM — please be mindful of neighbors. 🎉 No events or parties — family gatherings and daytime get-togethers are totally fine, but we don't allow bachelor/bachelorette parties or large-scale events. 🐾 Pets are welcome (all floors are pet-friendly) but require an additional pet fee or deposit. 👥 Max occupancy is 18 guests. 🐻 Bears are occasionally active in the area — please don't leave trash outside unless it's pickup day. 🛏️ A pack-n-play is available for families with little ones. 📺 All TVs are smart TVs — log into your own streaming accounts during your stay.
